Woodn and water now seem to be an inseparable duo, and - to be more precise - the Aeternus is most often the
solution chosen by those who want a classy decking in conditions that would be prohibitive for wood, without re-
sorting to constant maintenance and replacements. And even in Venice, at the Sant'Elena marina, the designer
chose Woodn for the set-up of the mooring piers after comparing it with other wpc products that - in his own
words - “you see around in Venice, and that are already worn out after a short time”.
The main pier goes on for about 500 m and has been paved with 1,900 square meters of Aeternus color 13.
The slats have a mixed arrangement - longitudinal in the center, transverse at the sides - that, depending on how
the sunlight is refracted on the brushed surface, creates a geometricinlays effect looking always different depend-
ing on the observer's viewpoint. Yet, the profile color is just one.
The main pier extends for a length of about S00 m and has been paved with 1,900 square meters of Aeternus
color 13.
Another Woodn strong point which further convinced the designer is the high grip that increases when the dock
is wet, minimizing the risk of slips.
