POPULATION, INDIVIDUAL OR ORGANIZATION
IS UNABLE TO ANTICIPATE, COPE WITH,
RESIST AND RECOVER FROM THE IMPACTS OF
DISASTERS.

EMERGENCY
Those unexpected organizational, social &
emotional disruptions & subsequent losses in
people's normal life that are triggered by the
sudden occurrence of human-induced or natural
disasters and with which they are unable to fully
cope without outside assistance.
VULNERABLE POPULATIONS
Women, Dalits, Adviasi, Children, Aged,
Specially Abled, Poor, Migrants, PLWHA,
LGBT, Labouers, Slum dwellers, Addicts, ...
