How to reset the drum counter on the basic
printer models
With the front cover open, press and hold the Go button for about 5
seconds until all the LEDs light up. Once all the 4 LEDS are lit, release the
Go button.

How to reset the drum counter on

multifunction models
There are two different ways, work out which one applies to your printer by
looking at the display message

Either with the front cover open, Hold down the Go button until DRUM
CLEAR is displayed, then release Go

Or With the front cover open, press clear/back, when Replace Drum
appears, press 1. When accepted appears, close the front cover.
