SITE SELECTION
Artists are encouraged to visit Stony Range Regional Botanic Gardens, walk all of thr tracks and determine
their preferred location for their entry and indicate it on the appropriate track map available at the gardens.
Please submit marked map with your entry form. The final site selection for all sculptures is the decision of
the curator together with the selection panel.
SUPPORT MATERIAL
All submissions should also include a completed proposal and your resume (maximum of 1 x A4 page). For
completed sculptures the proposal should include up to three photographs of your finished work whereas
proposals for works in progress should include a brief description of the work with sketches.
Please note:
Emailed images must be clearly labelled and in either JPEG or TIFF format. The file size must be no less
than 400kb and no more than 1MB in file size. Emailed resumes and sculpture descriptions must be clearly
labelled and in DOC format.
Hard copy images and support material must be printed on A4 size paper. Please do not supply original
copies of photographs or drawings/designs as submissions will not be returned or kept on file.
Only complete submissions will be accepted by email or hard copy.
Do not split submissions. Do not submit on disk or USB.
