HOLI FESTIVAL

Holi is one of the biggest festival of

colors in Indian tradition celebrates
to mark the beginning of spring. Holi
is a day when people of many
different ethnicities and cultural
backgrounds come together and
spread color on each other,
symbolizing cross-cultural dialogue.
This incredibly festival has an
ancient origin and celebrates the
triumph of good over bad, the
colorful festival bridges the social
gap and renew sweet relationships.
Quite impressive, right?
Activities include Indian games for
all age groups, water games and
plenty of colors. The most cheerful
party I ever hear about it.
Holi also has religious significance
according to Hindu tradition, and
has been celebrated for thousands
of years in India and in other parts
of the world.
I think if Peruvian people celebrate a
festival like this, would be a great
successful, possibly not the most
important but a relevant one,
considering the many festivals we
already have, besides it think it
would be a new way to be friendly
with each other, I mean, with people
we dont know.
I know its going to be a huge event
if its celebrated in summer.

de colores en la tradicin india
celebra para conmemorar el
comienzo de la primavera. Holi es
un da en que la gente de diferentes
etnias y culturas se unen y se
extienden del color en la otra, que
simboliza el dilogo intercultural.
Este increblemente festival tiene un
origen antiguo y celebra el triunfo
de la "buena" sobre "malo", el
festival colorido puentes la brecha
social y renovar relaciones dulces.
Bastante impresionante, verdad?
Las actividades incluyen juegos de
indias para todo pblico, juegos de
agua y un montn de colores. La
"fiesta" ms alegre que nunca or
hablar de eso.
Holi tambin tiene un significado
religioso, segn la tradicin hind y
se celebra desde hace miles de aos
en la India y en otras partes del
mundo.
Creo que si los peruanos celebran un
festival como este, sera un gran
xito, posiblemente no la ms

importante, pero uno relevante,

teniendo en cuenta los muchos
festivales que ya tenemos, adems
de que creo que sera una nueva
forma de ser amable con los dems ,

es decir, con la gente que no

conocemos.
S que va a ser un gran evento si se
celebra en verano.
