(NSEL) are informed that three Member High Court Committee constituted under the Order dated 2nd September, 2014, passed by the Hon'ble Bombay High Court, in Suit No. 173 of 2014 (Modern India Ltd. v/s Financial Technologies (I) Ltd. & Ors. and related suits) have vide its order dated 4th July, 2015, extended the date for submission of the information in the prescribed format till 31st July, 2015 for those who have not submitted till 30th June, 2015.
