Katheryn Elizabeth Hudson better known by her stage name Katy Perry was born

in October 25, 1984, at Santa Barbara, California. She is an American singer,

songwriter and actress, son of Keith e Mary Hudson, Pentecostal pastors, and she has
two Brothers, Angela and David. She had limited exposure to kinds of music during her
childhood and pursued a career in gospel music as a teenager. Perry signed with Red
Hill Records and released first lbum: Katy Hudson in 2001. She tried in The Island
Def Jam Music Group, and Columbia Records, Perry signed with Capitol Records in
April 2007.
In 2008, Perry rose to fame with her big hit I Kissed a Girl, from her lbum One of the
Boys, and then with Hot n Cold. In 2010, she released her third album, Teenage
Dream, and it made a lot of success with California Gurls, Teenage Dream,
Firework, E.T., and Last Friday Night (T.G.I.F.). Giving to her five singles in number
one at the U.S Billboard Hot 100. The album became the the first by a female artist to
produce five number-one Billboard Hot 100 songs, and the second overall after
Michael Jackson's album Bad (1987 giving her the Spotlight Awards. In March 2012,
she reissued the album as Teenage Dream: The Complete Confection which
produced the chart-topping singles Part of Me and "Wide Awake.
In 2013, Katy Perry relased the album Prism. Who gave her two chart-topping singles:
Roar and Dark Horse , passing the mark of one bilion views each one, and the
singles Birthday

and

This is How We do. Now she is in

her third tour, the

Prismatic World Tour, that will pass at Brazil in September.

Perry is considered a sex symbol. She was placed at number one on the Maxim
Hot 100 in 2010 as the "most beautiful woman in the world", Men's Health
readers voted her the "sexiest woman of 2013".
