RMU Announces New President of University, Dr. Jack Miller (CCSU)

Robert Morris University (RMU) announced today that Dr. Jack Miller, former president
of Central Connecticut State University (CCSU) the new president of RMU.
Dr. Miller began his tenure at CCSU, the oldest publicly supported institution of higher
education in Connecticut in 2005.
One of the main reasons we chose Dr. Miller was because of what he previously did as
CCSU, Jay Carson, Senior Vice President for Institutional Advancement at RMU said. We believe that CCSU greatly embodies the future the school has in its sights for itself.
CCSU currently enrolls over 12,000 students, with 2,500 of them being graduate students.
Dr. Jack Miller will be formally introduced as the new president of RMU this afternoon at
1:00 pm as part of a press conference to be held in the International Suite on RMUs Moon
Township campus. The press conference will also be streamed live via RMU-TV and RMU Radio.
Lastly, we would like to thank Dr. DellOmo for his ten straight years of hard work and
dedication to RMU.
