I understand that this loan amount will be recovered through my salary in 24 equal monthly installments.
I agree that, the company has all the rights to recover the balance loan amount from my final settlement
and/or retirement benefits in case I leave the organization during the loan recovery period. In case the final
settlement and/ or retirement benefit is not sufficient to recover the dues, unadjusted balance amount would
be paid by me before I am relieved from the organization.
