Comes now, the undersigned Public Prosecutor unto this Honorable Court, most
respectfully state that:
1. Last March 19, 2015, during the pre-trial, the prosecution had marked its
documentary evidence for this case and had expressly reserved the right to
present other evidence as necessary;
2. That the prosecution is now humbly requesting before this Honorable Court
that the following documentary evidence be also marked as:
a. Exhibit H Certificate of Ownership of 2 Saudi Gold Necklaces with
pendants;
b. Exhibit I Certificate of Ownership of Tri-Colored Gold Necklace
(Choker)
c. Exhibit J Certificate of Ownership of Yellow- Gold Necklace( Choker)
d. Exhibit K Certificate of Ownership of 24 (K) Saudi Gold Bracelet;
e. Exhibit L Certificate of Ownership of One (1) Gold Necklace with
Jesus Christ Head Pendant;
f. Exhibit M- Certificate of Ownership of One (10 Gold Necklace with star
diamond pendant; and
g. Exhibit N Certificate of Authencity of Hermes Himalayan Birkin Bag;
Attached herewith are copies of the above-enumerated additional
documentary evidence for ready perusal.

WHEREFORE, it is prayed for before this Honorable Court that the

prosecution be allowed to mark the above-documentary evidence as additional
exhibits of the prosecution.
