There are only few advertorials and mobile marketing. A well designed promotion strategy that could create a word-of-mouth publicity could help in acquiring mote customers. 4. The sourcing strategy for procuring raw material, adopted by Fabindia is very supplier centric. This increases bargaining power of suppliers. Hence fabindia should increase their supplier bas which would reduce the bargaining power of their current suppliers. 5. It operates through centralized hub model of SCM. However with the manifold increase in the number of stores in past few years the SCM model should be reworked. 6.
