How to Make a Clay Mould and Plaster Model

Procedure
1. Use model clay and roller. Roll the model clay to from a flat slab.

2.

Use an indenter.

3.

Apply demoulding agent on the indenter and the model clay for
easy demoulding.

4.

To form an impression in the model clay.

5.

Remove the indenter.

6.

Build barrier around the cavity

7.

Mix plaster powder with water (more water, easier to flow bout
longer setting time)

8.

Fill cavity with plaster, shake the plaster to remove bubble and
wait for about 1 hour for setting.

9.

Remove plaster from clay mould.
