A. Gorkhaland agitation.
 No L&MV revenue received since feb08
 Yearly nonpayment amount of Darjeeling Hill areas on L& MV A/C=24

crore.
 Yearly unrealized MU= 56 (appr)

B. Massive extension of RE work under RGGVY.

Apprx 10 Lacks rural consumer connected to WBSEDCL network in last

two years .
 Average Consumption of such consumer per annum 600 MU (appr) ,
 50% unrealized means 300 MU.

C. Municipal OSD accumulated in last one year Rs. 45 crores ie, 105
MU (appr)

Total loss in MU per annum= 56+300+105= 461 MU
