I applied and was accepted as a member of the Davidson High School Robotics Team for two
consecutive years. I assisted with SolidWorks design and marketing.

I coordinate the sound system and lighting system for various programs/activities. Duties
include controlling the sound board, placing lapel/headset microphones on
speakers/performers, and designing lighting cues on the control board.

Seventyfive hours of volunteer service were clocked in as a teachers assistant during a 6th
grade Math Camp at Phillips Preparatory School in Mobile, AL. I assisted 200+ incoming 6th
grade students and math teachers during the summer camp.

I was selected to participate in a summer research program at the University of South Alabama
during the summer of 2012. The project was funded by the National Science Foundation. I
spent 20 hours a week for a period of 8 weeks between June 1, 2012 and August 31, 2012 and
received a stipend of $2,000.
SUMMERINTERN2013
June 2013 July 2013
I served as a summer intern for the Mobile County Public School Systems technology Division.
During this internship, I studied many of the software applications used by the district and
offered suggestions on improvement; set up printing, email and apps for Windows 8 devices
and smartphones; and worked on computer equipment and repaired battery backup units.
