Preface
Grateful thanks addresses to the one and only God who gives the writer the
strength to make this summary done. The writer do hopes the summary will be
helpful to people needed. The summary, Managements of Jet Lag Disorder, tells
about how to manage jet lag disorder by doing the non-pharmacotherapy and
