of our families, we have split the Welcome Orientation times by
grade level. Please review the updated schedule. Thank you so

Important Forms to Complete and turn in at Orientation:

Blue medical card

(see Health Office at Resource Fair for additional allergy/med forms if applicable)
Student Handbook forms (sign and tear out of the Student Handbook- 3 forms)
Packet: Google Apps form, Free and reduced lunch form, Campus Walking permission form, Info
Update forms

Resource Fair:
Food Service Program Table: Fill out FRL form Lunch info table
Health Office Table: Blue cards and additional forms
Front Office Table: All forms that must be signed and returned, student hand books

Parking: Parking Tips sheet, Student permit applications, Drop off/pick up route info
