FLOATING WIRE GUIDE

Safety has become of prime importance in modern coil shops. CAMs winders have wire guides to help
place the wire in the precise location on the loop bar. Operators will not have to hold and guide wires
with their hands during winding for a safer operation. The guide rollers are arranged to place the
stacked wire at the optimum location.
Standard unit designed for wire bundles 3/4 x 2. This can be modified for each clients requirements.
The Wire Guide can be placed on the floor or attached to the machine (as shown in photos) depending
on the length of the loop bar.
