(12-15-90) Only weighing 1 Ib. He suffered tremendous amount of brain damage and we decide to let go and let GOD have him, I was totally devastated the world kept moving but I didn't. Years later I met an old friend from high school, she too had lost a baby at birth. We shared our stories and cried many tears, Since then she is my very best friend. She helped me grow from this tragic experience and love life again. One night T had the most beautiful dream about my son, Jordan. He came to me and sat in my lap and told me he was okay and he was the lucky one. That he is an ANGEL, and not to worry about him. It was the most unforgettable dream. After a year and ‘a half wait, mounds of paperwork, and thousands of miles traveled, our dream came true! On April 18, 2006 a Russian judge declared us parents of a beautiful little girl. We could not ‘wait to get her home to meet her three big brothers and a large extended family that already ‘had fallen in love with her! Leaving the orphanage that day with our daughter in our arms was one the the best days of our lives. Every year we joyfully celebrate the anniversary of this special day we call "Gotcha Day."
