Please find the attached addin file for Microsoft excel to print excel pages
both sides (by printing odd pages followed by even pages. It is useful to print
CRR estimate data back to back to save papers

Excel addin name: Singh-Print-ODD-EVEN

INSTRUCTIONS:
STEP 1 :

Install the addin by following the instructions in the next page.

STEP 2 : use the shortcut key : Ctrl + Shift + o to open the dialog box
STEP 3 : enter the pages number and alternate pages from that number will be
printed
For example:
If you input 1 , pages 1, 3 ,5 etc will be printed
If you input 2, pages 2 ,4, 6, etc will be printed
If you input 11 , pages 11, 13 ,15 etc will be printed
If you input 4, pages 4 ,6, 8, etc will be printed

STEP 4: Enjoy . ..Save Paper. Save Environment

Installation instructions for addin:

1. Open excel
2. Click on file button (top left corner)
3. Click on options
4. Go to Add-Ins tab

5. Choose Excel Add-ins and press Go button

6. Now click on the browse button ad select the addin file and press ok
7. Now press CTRL + Shift + o to open the dialog box
