I> Transfer backup to DAT DRIVE
1. Insert dat in dat drive of active node.
2. login node by remote desktop.
from the path "C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu\Programs\Acces
sories\Communications\Remote Desktop Connection".
3. Give the login ID and Password according to node.
4. go to "start menu/all programs/accessories/System Tools/backup".
5. Choose "backup".
6. select the "relvolumsw" folder from the path "L:\FMS\data\CPF".
7. Backup destination should be "4mm DDS".
8. Backup Media or file name "New" or "Inserted Media name".
9. Then press "Start Backup"(one new window comming).
10. Then option is comming with question "do you want to use this media" Please
select "yes".
11. Then option is comming with question "do you want to replace the data" Pleas
e select "No". (Optional: yes/no)
12. Then option is comming with question "do you want to append the backup" Plea
se select "yes". (Optional: yes/no)
13. Wait until backup completed messages comming. Then close it and eject DAT.
II> Transfer backup to EXTERNAL PC

go to "Start" menu.
go to "Run".
Type \\node IP (for example \\10.221.36.9).
Type user ID and Password.
Copy "relvolumsw" folder from "Share CPS\FMS\data\CPF".
Paste in your PC.

2.> go to the m drive by command "M:".
3.> go to the folder node a by command "CD Images/nodea".
4.> Then check backup by command "dir".
5.> If more then 2 Backup present, please delete older one by command "del file_
name".
6.> command "cd ..".
7.> command " cd nodeb".
8.> Cheack backup by command "dir".
9.> If more then 2 Backup present, please delete older one by command "del file_
name".
10.> command "c:".
11.> command "burbackup -o".
