Ba sng rt quan trng y nh cc bn khng nn ch quan m n ung

Nguyn liu cho mn bn mng g :
+ 1/2 con g ta
+ 150gr mng kh
+ three inh hng nh
+ Khong ten nm hng nh
+ 4 lt gng
+ 2 tp ti to
+ Du n, bt ngh x o mng
+ Gia v: one mung canh bt nm, 1 mung canh nc mm ngon, 1 mung c
ph mui, 1 t ng phn, tiu, t
+ Bn, rau gi n km
Cch ch bin mn bn s sinh gi r mng g :
Bc 1: S ch mng kh: Ra sch mng v ngm vi nc vo go qua
m. Sau cho mng kh v o ni nc xm xp mng ri luc
nh la khong 20 pht ri mng ra r, ra sch mng li vi nc
lnh. Sau tip tc cho nc lnh v o luc tip cc bn l m nh vy
khong 3 ln cho nc trong, khng cn m u v ng m l c, vt ra
ro nc ri x si.
Bc 2: Hm nc dng: Cho khong 2,5 lt nc v o hm g , inh hng,
gng, nm hng, mui, ng cho g chn, thm. Dng ry lc nc
dng li cho trong. Nm nm li cho va khu v gia nh. Vt tht ra cht
ming va n hoc x nh ty s thch ca gia nh mnh nh.
Bc 3: Cho khong 4 mung canh du n v o ni cng vi 2 tp ti p
dp, bm nh x o thm. Cho mng luc chn v o x o u, thm 1 t bt
