Event : National Boccia Challenge Charity Drive

Date : Dec 10 2006, Sunday

Time : 8am to 2pm, ITE Simei

Organized by : Changi-Simei YEC (CSYEC) & Rotary Club of Bugis Junction (RCBJ)

Main Sponsor : Singapore Petroleum Company(SPC)

The Charity Drive will involve participants who will drive round Singapore to 3 ITE
campus grounds and 3 SPC Petrol Kiosks, to learn and play the Boccia sport in
various ways. A map of the drive will be given out before the flag off.

• Starting point : Changi-Simei Community Club

• Finishing point : Changi-Simei Community Club

Registration Fee : $35 per car. 100% of the registration fee will be donated to
Singapore Disability Sport council (SDSC).

• Participating Gift : A goodie bag (worth more than $35) consisting of a

S$10.00 SPC petrol voucher, a radio, car decal, keychain,, stand up flag and a
nonwoven bag will be given to all participating cars.

0800 - Cars to register their attendance at ITE College East

(Simei), goodie bags, team stickers, mineral water
to be given out.

0845 - Arrival of MP for East Coast GRC, Ms Jessica Tan.

0850 - Rotary Club Bugis Junction President, Mr James Lee - short speech

0855 - Singapore Disability Sports Council, Mr Kevin

Wong, Executive Director, short speech

0900 - SPC short speech, Chua Mun Yuen, Manager, Investor Relations &
Comm

0905 - MP Ms Jessica Tan short speech

0910 - Presentation of Cheque (Jessica and SPC giving out

the 2 cheque together to SDSC)

0920 - SDSC will play a round of Boccia to intro the game

with brief explanation from the coaches.

0930 - MP Jessica to flag off drive (she will be joining

the drive) Drivers to go random route to 3 ITE
campuses & 3 SPC stops
Boccia to be played at 3 campuses (ITE Simei will
have disabled version)

1200 - Closing time for drive, cars to arrive at Simei ITE

1215 - Best Decorated Car judging

1230 - Results of Boccia to be announced with trophy

ceremony and prize presentation for Best Decorated
Car by Mr James Lee.
