To Whom It May Concern:
Itis my pleasure to recommend Naomi Everett. For the past few months, I have been Naomi's
supervisor in the Inpatient Diabetes department at Frederick Memorial Hospital.
Naomi has been a great asset to our department, During her time working with us, Naomi has
demonstrated a strong ability to learn and teach about diabetes. Additionally, her natural
talents in patient care and in initiating programs have greatly benefited our patients. The entire
management team was elated to learn of her project to work with a health-compromised
population of diabetics and to better educate them on healthier food choices. This type of,
population health initiative is exactly the kind of progressive thinking that is necessary for our
health system to better meet our population health goals. Naomi's ability to see a problem and
creatively think of a solution is unique; however her ability to flawlessly execute these types of
programs and tasks is what make her a top-performer,
Naomi is a very reliable employee and works well as a team player and leader among her peers,
Naomi would be an asset to any organization and I recommend her for any endeavor she
chooses to pursue. Do not hesitate to contact me with any questions about her.
Sincerely,
Hass
