Project English-speaking countries

We are now going to learn about some of the English-speaking countries of the
world. You will be working in groups with one country. Your task is to find facts
about your country and present it to the rest of the class.

When searching for information you can use your English books, other books I
have and, of course, the library and the Internet. For your oral presentation if
you wish you can
use a map, overhead-projector, pictures, the whiteboard,
music or other things.

Everyone in the group must take part in the

preparations and the oral presentation – this
means that everyone in the group must speak!

The oral presentations are on Tuesday 21st of September 2010!

Here are some things you can try to find information about:
population traditions Why do they speak English?
climate culture other things you find interesting
nature food
animals religion
history fun things

I hope you will enjoy working with this project, and remember it is your
responsibility in the group to be ready on time. Don’t forget to ask me when you
need help.
