Amadeus Selling Platform Upgrade procedure

Introduction
An upgrade of Amadeus Selling Platform is managed automatically by the use of Amadeus
Automatic Update. The upgrade process is preceded by packaging and deployment of
Amadeus products by Amadeus.

Start of installation
Automatic Update starts when you log on to your computer. The first thing that is checked is the
current status for your CID, Automatic Update icon is changed into a sand-glass. At this point the
information is sent that an update is ready to be downloaded and Automatic Update is changed
into the new version. After that, the download of Selling Platform starts.

When the Download phase is finished, the following window is displayed. The window
informs you about the products that will be installed. Click on Continue.

You will see files being installed in the window and information regarding each component.

Product updated
When the download is finished, you will be prompted by a window informing you which version
that has been installed.
