Coca-cola enterprise was haunted by its past glories. Even in the constant
change in management coke was still stagnant. What coke needs is a new
framework to move forward to change the assumptions of its employees and
to improve what they have already have a billion dollar brand that just needs
a new plan to maximize its endless potential of giving happiness and
satisfaction to the consumers

Conclusion
By creating a new vision the Coca-cola enterprise can let go of its past and
move on to change. Believing on its flagship brand Coke and the past
success it made Coke can refocus its strength in its core business and
enabling greater levels of improvement, both inside and outside of their
company. So they set out to do it in stages prove it Make a greater impact by
express it reinforcing and evolving the vision into tangible actions. And last
by creating a great work place for its employees Coke can easily motivate
