Objective 2: Refine the retention rate of part time employees and ways

to allow them to grow in the company

Activities/Resources:
As I continued to work side by side with my intern partner, we looked
farther into the retention rate of the company and ways to hire part
time employees and get them to stay with the company. We conducted
research throughout the Sherwin Williams website and found many
things that we believe should be emphasized more. This included the
~90% rehire/hiring from within rate and the benefits that come along
with starting a career with Sherwin Williams.
