Madhya Pradesh.
I. Project Assistant- Two
Salary: Rs. 20, 000/-p.m. (Consolidated) No other allowance
Qualifications: Master Degree with two year research/field experience in Health (Field)
Desirable: Research/field experience in Health Impact Assessment/Vector Borne Diseases, knowledge of
computer application
Age limit: 30 Years
Place of Duty: Anywhere in India
II. Field Supervisor Two
Salary: Rs. 15, 000/-p.m. (Consolidated) No other allowance
Qualifications: Bachelor degree with two year experience in field work.
Desirable: Field experience in Vector Borne Diseases, knowledge of computer application
Age limit: 28 Years
Place of Duty: Anywhere in India
III. Field Worker Three
Salary: Rs. 7500/-p.m. (Consolidated) No other allowance
Qualifications: 10+2 from recognized Board
Desirable: One Year experience, knowledge of computer application

IV. Driver One
Salary: Rs. 7,500/-p.m. (Consolidated) No other allowance
Qualifications: 10th Standard pass with LMV/HMV License
Desirable: Minimum 2 years Driving Experience.
