Thank you so much for attending last nights meeting, it was opportune that we had the time
previously scheduled with you. Below are a few follow up items:
Where can we direct people who need help, or want to donate or volunteer?
1. The Citys Community Action Centers.
ALL of our Community Action Centers will be open from XXXXX to XXXX during this
state of emergency. This is central location that will help those seeking help and
directing those who want to donate or volunteer. At the moment, this is our best OneStop.

2. As we discussed in the meeting, help can be sought or offered by calling 311.

3. This is a website created by our #onebaltimore initiative that is a Google docuent


that is updated regularly regarding specic locations that have requested help or
where volunteer groups are working.

4. Monetary donations can be directed to the Baltimore Community Foundation who as
established The Fund for Rebuilding Baltimore. The Fund can be accessed very easily at
www.bcf.org, there is information on The Fund on the front page of their site.
