MOTION TO STAY

This CAUSE came before the Court upon Defendant Sidley Austin, LLP's Unopposed

Motion for Enlargement of Time to Respond to Defendant R. J. Ruble's Motion to Stay (D.E.

No. 170), filed on September 4, 2007. Response memoranda in opposition to Defendant R.J.

Ruble's Motion are due on September 11, 2007. Defendant Sidley Austin, LLP seeks a 7-day

enlargement of time within which to file its response because of the complexity of the issues that

Defendant R.J. Ruble's Motion raises. Defendant R. J. Ruble does not object to the proposed

extension. The Court has carefully considered the motion and is otherwise duly advised. It is

hereby:

ORDERED and ADJUDGED that

1. Defendant Sidley Austin, LLP's Unopposed Motion for Enlargement of Time to

Respond to Defendant R. J. Ruble's Motion to Stay (D.E. No. 170) is GRANTED.

2. Defendant Sidley Austin, LLP shall have until September 20, 2007 to file a response
