Judge Case: Promotes Pedophilia, Punishes Public Protection

CONROE Judge Kelly Case has crossed the line and issued a ruling
that promotes pedophiles to a protected class and entitles them to
protection from prosecution, endangering the public.
Judge Cases courtroom antics and absurd ruling have crossed the
line. Community standards have been violated. Public safety is in
jeopardy, said Allen Blakemore, spokesman for District Attorney Brett
Ligon.
Judge Case has perverted the law, and perverted the constitution, in
order to put a pedophile back on the street to prey upon the children of
this community.
To say that a pedophiles perverse speech, soliciting a minor child to
have illegal sex in exchange for money, is somehow constitutionally
protected free speech is disgusting. The framers of the Constitution
never intended or imagined such a world.
Judge Case has been overruled and overturned by superior courts
every time he oversteps. This time will be no different. But this case is
different in that Judge Case has shown a callous and reckless disregard
for public safety and community standards.
An appellate court will again slap down Judge Cases indefensible
ruling, Blakemore concluded. The public should take heed and be
prepared to deal with Judge Case in the next election.
