Mase the amount of Php 200,000.00 as earnest money for

the payment of the property located at Thrush Street,
Countryside Village Phase III, Paraaque City and forms part
of the purchase price of Php 3, 200,000.00. The balance shall
be paid on or before July 31, 2016.
