Topic: Do Video Games cause violent behavior? If so, do all of them do?
Fact: Video games are blamed for influencing people in engaging in violent acts. One
example is the columbine shootings
Definition: What can be considered as harmful in the context of psychological effects
caused by video games?
Quality: do all video games cause violence? If so, is this behavior aggressive enough to
put other people in danger?
Policy: Should there be a regulation on what video games are allowed to show or how
they are distributed?

Policy:
Definition: The ESRB rates video games depending on the maturity of the content that it
portrays, these ratings then are supposed to regulate who is allowed to buy these video
games.(Should a stricter or more effective system be implemented?)

Fact: The Ratings System is not always upheld by stores which results in minors buying
games meant for adults (should the store be the one held responsible if the rating system
is not respected?)

Quality: do games meant for adults cause a bigger bad influence than those meant for
children?
Policy: is the current system faulty? If so, Should a new one be implemented?
