2. Bird eye view of agriculture sector in Karnataka.

This project was led by me. The project gave an overall view about the position of
agriculture sector in Karnataka. Some of the topic covered under this are
Infrastructure used in agriculture.
Problems faced by farmers.
Government policies towards agricultural sector.
Interaction with agricultural department people.
3. Performance appraisal as motivation mechanism.
This project was undertaken in Nypro Forbes Pvt. Ltd. The project mainly analyse
the ongoing performance appraisal system of Nypro Forbes and also to assess the
effectiveness of PAS towards motivating employees.
