TOP, SIDES, BASE AND ACTUATOR, are made from lumber.

TOP: 4X4. Drill a central hole to host the TUBING with a tight fit.
SIDES: 2X7. Drill a 5/16 diam. hole at 1.5
accommodate the Pivot Dowell.

BASE: 4.5x7.5.
ACTUATOR: 2.5x7.5. Drill a 5/16 diam. hole at 3 from one end to
accommodate the Pivot Dowell on which to pivot.
NOISE DAMPER: a piece of leather 2x4 stapled or glued to one end of
the ACTUATOR.
ROD: 1/8 diameter brass or stainless steel.
TUBING: plastic or metal, with an internal diameter slightly larger than
the ROD.
Assemble FRAME by gluing Top, Sides and Base together (see Figures).
