I have learned many things from this course, and this assignment, but
the one major thing I have learned from taking this online course is teaching
myself how to do new things. From taking this course online, I have learned
how to memorize, critically think, and rely on pure studying to conquer
quizzes and assignments.
From this course, I have learned how to teach myself math. At the
beginning, I thought it would be impossible to teach myself how to do math,
especially 1050, but I found strategies and simple ways to teach myself, and
to be stress free in the process. Taking this course was the best idea Ive had
because it has taught me that I can do and learn anything as long as I try my
hardest.
This assignment in particular was hard to get used to, since it was one
of the first and I was still teaching myself how to do this kind of math. Once I
started doing this assignment, things started to click. I found ways of seeing
what certain things meant, memorized formulas, and also figured out how to
graph things quadratic. I had taken this course before, and getting to this
stuff seemed impossible. After this point in my first attempt at taking Math
1050, I gave up and didnt try. This online course has made me a new

student, showing me I can and I will understand it, because there are many
videos and examples to teach me how to do the work. This online course has
taught me how to do math better than any teacher has, and I am very glad I
made the choice to take this course online. I learned how to graph things
quadratic in form and I never thought Id ever accomplish that.
In conclusion, this course has taught me many new things that I didnt
learn from taking Math 1050 before. I believe that I can do any problem that
is thrown at me now, and I am very confident in any test and quiz because of
this course.
