LAB REPORT: Photosynthesis

1.Objetive:
Identify a focused problem or research
question.
2.A) Investigating question:
B) Hypothesis: the rate of photosynthesis
depends on the intensity of light.
3.Procedure:
A) Materials or instruments:
Aquatic plant
Test tubes
Beaker
Watch
Water
Lamp
Ruler
Bicarbonate
Funnel
Plastic syringe
B) Data register:
First we put the cabomba into a test
tube and filled with the solution ,then we
apply the intensity of light and leave the
plant approximately 30 minutes then we
look the result of oxygen volume the
plant has make during photosynthesis.

4.Conclusions and evaluation

By doing this experiment I learn that there
are two important factors a plant need to
make photosynthesis light energy and
water with this plants can make sugar. My
hypothesis was correct because during the
experiment for plant 1 the light was 5 cm
and the oxygen volume was more 4.8 cm3
so if the intensity of light increase or
decrease the rate of photosynthesis will
change.
