Salmon Teriyaki:

Ingredients: Salmon, 1/8 cup mirin, 1/8 sake, 1/6 cup soy sauce, and pinch of brown
sugar
Time: 20 minutes
Put salmon in the oven for 15-20 minutes at 400. While its cooking, prepare the sauce:
combine sauces and dissolve brown sugar into a saucepan. Bring to a boil and then
simmer to reduce the sauce. Taste and add soy sauce and sugar as necessary.
Good with: rice and salad
