OBITUARY

H.Mac Robison
Horace McSwain (MAC) Robison died on ---------. He was born in Paris,
TN on March 27, 1932. The son of G. Dan Robison and Nelle Cavitt
McSwain Robison. Mr. Robison was a 1954 graduate of Vanderbilt
University. He was a member of Sigma Alpha Epsilon and Alpha Phi
Omega. After graduation, he served in the U.S. Navy as an Aviator, from
1954 to 1958, with the rank of LT. He worked in the pharmaceutical industry
as a Sales Associate, Asst to Field Sales Manager, and Southeastern Sales
Manager with The Flint Laboratory Division of Baxter Labs Inc. Then
entered the real estate business as a Broker where he served as a VP,
Manager of the Land Dept, Harry Norman, Realtors, then his own firm, Mac
Robison and Associates. He also was a Real Estate Educator, teaching prelicense and continuing education courses for 15 years. Robison was an
active volunteer with many civic organizations. He served on the Board and
as Chairman of the Northside (Buckhead) YMCA, on the board of the
Metropolitan Atlanta YMCA, the Buckhead Business Association. He was
also active in the Boy Scouts of America. He coached youth basketball and
soccer and was an Instructor for the AARP Safe Driving program. He served
in numerous positions at The Northside United Methodist Church, including
Delegate to the Annual Conference. Surviving is his loving wife of -------years, the former Alice E. Stockell; daughter and son in-law, Nelle and Win
Cooke; his sons and daughters in-law, Bert and Beth Robison and John and
Elena Robison; four grandchildren, Amy and Rachel Cooke, Carla and Marc
Robison. The family will receive visitors at the ---------------And a memorial service will be held at the Northside United Methodist
Church, ---------Northside Dr, NW at------. In lieu of flowers, the family
suggests donations to the Metropolitan Atlanta YMCA Heritage Club, the
NS United Methodist Church, The National MS Society, or a charity of your
choice.
