I would like to express my interest in a position as Accounting Clerk for the Utah First Credit
Union in Salt Lake City, UT. My maturity, administrative skills, and eagerness to enter the
accounting field will make me an excellent clerk.
As a recent college program assistant with financial administration experience in the Health
Professions department at LDS Business College, I believe I am a strong candidate for this
position. I have had many experiences using my problem solving abilities with the program
database and finances. This would be beneficial for this position especially when dealing with
reconciling accounts and handling them in a positive and effective manner. I am detail oriented
and possess excellent communication skills. I have the Microsoft Office Suite 2013 certification
and the ability to quickly learn new computer applications. I am certified as a computer
technician, and a translator of Wikipedia articles from English to Spanish. I have become a
skilled computer problem solver with a variety of experiences related to accounting and finance
that provide me with excellent tools to work with accounts payable and accounts receivable.
I would love to work with Utah First Credit Union, and I am confident that I would prove myself
to be a valuable asset in the Salt Lake City team. I look forward to finding more about the
