Pilot and Travel Speed Manifold - Remove and Install

SMCS - 4805-010; 5117-010; 5479-010

Removal Procedure
Start By:
A. Remove the cab. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, RENR2808, "Cab - Remove".
B. Remove the operator's seat. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, RENR2808, "Seat - Remove
and Install".
Note: Put identification marks on all lines, on all hoses, on all wires, and on all tubes for
installation purposes. Plug all lines, hoses, and all tubes. Plugs help to prevent fluid loss and
contamination.

1. Disconnect hose (1) from the hydraulic tank.

2. Disconnect two electrical harnesses (2) .

3. Disconnect four hoses (3) that are connected to the pilot and travel speed manifold.

4. Remove four bolts (4) and washers.

5. Remove the pilot and travel speed manifold (5) .

Installation Procedure

1. Install the pilot and travel speed manifold (5) in the machine.
2. Install four bolts (4) and washers.

3. Connect the four hoses (3) .

4. Connect the two electrical harnesses (2) .
5. Connect hose (1) to the hydraulic tank before you install the hydraulic tank.
