Dear Norwood:
By this letter, I accept your resignation as Athletic Director at the University of
Minnesota. Your last day of employment will be Friday, August 7, 2015.
As discussed, the University will pay out your accrued, unused paid leave, and as well as
your earned but unpaid bonuses. The University will also cover COBRA payments of three
months to ensure your continued access to health insurance during this period of time. You have
agreed to be available during the next month to provide assistance with transition if requested by
the University. The University will pay you at your currently hourly rate ($285.00) for any
assistance you provide.
