For junior members of the team,
and the business I am a role
model. I inspire my managers
(supported by 360 and PDP
comments) . I need to ensure I
anm precieced at this level by
senior managers in the business.

down if I rush to send things out

My Audit
I believe I am consistent and good at this. I
am working with the marketing team to
look at ways to make analysing data easier
as this the main blocker to stepping this up
a level.

I have a good filter for what is urgent,


important, need to know and nor relevant.

This is probably my weakest area, I do


share information on what my team is
doing but could be more proactive on this

I would consider this one of my strongest


areas, I have been considered a change
champion throught my career, I am constantly
trying to solve issue with new ideas, and am
focussed on business impact and value.

Knowing how to best apply resources funding staff and other organisational

I really love this aprt of role, matching
resources to business need, managing
budgets and revieing use of internal/external
and wider organisational resources.

Leading and taking part when needed in


negotiations

This is an area I have worked hard to develop.


I am skilled at influening in negotiations, the
close part is one I am always aware I need to
be strong at - particularly when money is
involved.
