I was very impressed with the work she did with students in her lower elementary classroom. Miss Noye’s attention to detail was evident in her lesson planning, She effectively used a variety of resources: the GLCEs/Common Core, district pacing charts, curriculum guides, and also Internet resources. While teaching the various subject matter, she would consistently check for opportunities to help students better grasp the material, Miss Noye is a very caring teacher. The students have felt her genuineness and respect for them as capable learners. She consistently made learning fun in her classroom, and the students looked to her for guidance on a range of issues. Miss Noye understands that great classroom management makes it possible for students to grow and learn, She manages a classroom with the goal of making the students self-motivated and independent thinkers and learners. Lauren’s organizational skills and caring attitude add to her teaching skills. She is an excellent teacher, and will be an asset to any district.
