1.

All participants must be Malaysian citizens and/or hold permanent


residence.
2. This contest is open to contestants between the ages of 18 25 years old currently
attached to a Malaysian college.
3. Students must pitch their individual ideas to TTOs between the 24th 28th August
2015.
4. Final video campaigns must be presented to TTOs in groups of 4-5 members
latest by Week 16 (16th- 20th November 2015) along with a slide presentation.
5. Only ONE entry per group is allowed. All videos must be authentic and original.
6. Each group must submit a CD copy of the video produced.
7. All entries must undergo a 250-word video review on the effectiveness of the video
campaign.

8. Video review must be submitted latest by week 18 ( 1 4 December, 2015).
