Hello everyone, how are you, today? Alright, in this opportunity, I would like to tell you about my
grandfathers personal identity. Well, my grandfathers name is Darwin Syarif. He comes from Lintau, it is one of
the city in West Sumatra Province. He was born in Lintau, July 19 th, 1984. And now, he is 70 years old. You can
call him Grandpa.
My grandfather has a white skin, tall, and handsome. His hobby is gardening and telling stories. Usually,
he plant vegetables and fruits in the backyard, such us cassavas, papayas, bananas and etc. He also loves to tell
me stories about his childhood. He said, when he was a child, it was very difficult to go to school. At that time,
there was no much money so he had to help his parents in the field. Later, my grandfather is a creative person,
because he can changes a wastes into useful things. Last but not least, he is a kind man. He likes to give things
that is useful to other people. He very likes to help each other.
My grandfather is one of my idols. Because of him, I can understand about the important of helping each
other, and how the struggle of children who want to school in the past. Therefore, today I will always study hard
and help each other so I can be a successful person in the future. I am very proud of my grandfather.
