ai) Cancellation after confirmation

20% of deposit will be forfeited;
ii) failure to submit documents or within 7 days upon paying

deposit

30% balance refunded accordingly via within 7 days upon

paying2 post dated cheques ; dated end odeposit every
month;
b) Cancellation after submission to JIM
No refund is payable to Employer Compulsary the is no refund
Agency will provide New Biodata;
c) Cancellation after arrival of DH
No refund is payable to Employer;
d) Biodata cannot be changed after submission to JIM.
However, if DH is unable to come, replacement biodata
will be made available from the same overseas Agency
and employer compulsory to choose new biodata from
our Agency;
e) If your application rejected by Imigresen RM1000.00 will be
deduct from the deposit payment.
Note : In the event DH is released, Employer agrees to
execute all relevant documents required to lawfully release
the DH to the Agency
