1. What are the 3-5 most significant (main

idea/useful/meaningful/surprising/disturbing) things you
have learned during this session?
We have learned estimating projects how its break down
to departments. And we talked about top-down and bottomup estimates. Also we had gone thru developing the project
plan. Then we talked about constructing a project network.
How it is works around critical path. And we did many charts
about activities. Then we talked about how to apply risk
management process works in project.
2. How might you apply what you learned today in your
work/project?
Actually I do use estimating project every day because of
my job requires to estimate each job. About risk
management is always in our business.
3. What question(s) remain unanswered in your mind?
I would like to go over on the backwards charts. Also I
really needed to go over midterm.
