The ceremony will begin at 9.30am and will be held in our college auditorium — itis our most formal occasion. ‘Students will be required to be at school by 8.00am at the latest so that you can prepare for the ceremony. This will involve being fitted with a graduation gown and preparing you for the official entrance. ‘The hiring fee for the academic dress and stole will be $20 (including a $10 bond). The hiring fee is to recover costs and for dry cleaning. You must return the gown and stole immediately after the ceremony and you will be refunded your $10 bond in cash, You must pay the $20 fee by FRIDAY 28" AUGUST 2015. You will receive your tickets for Graduation by presenting your gown hire receipt to Vanessa Wickens from Monday 7th September. Allstudents are required to be in full school uniform and be in academic dress. Should any student feel that they are genuinely unable to meet this cost, please see either of us immediately, so that we may assist you. We don’t want anyone to absent themselves from graduation because of this. Graduation 2015 will include the presentation of Academic, Sporting and Service Awards, as well as your portfolio. At the conclusion of the ceremony, you are invited to join with staff and your parents / guests for light refreshments which we anticipate will be served around midday. Please remember to RSVP the graduation invitation by Friday 28" August 2015. In order for the ceremony to run smoothly, all students will be required to attend a rehearsal on Wednesday 16” September 2015 during Session 1. Trivia fun is scheduled for Session 2 and other ss for the remainder of the day. It is imperative that all students involved attend.
