Background
I arrived at the Food Technology Center Building on Wednesday Feb 11/15 about 1.30pm .
The programme at there started with briefing about the faculty by lecturer there. The briefing
ended after 30 minutes then I been a visit around the building by the staff. The programme
ended at 4.00pm.
There were approximately 39 students from Program Persediaan Keusahawanan Sains UMK
accompanied by 2 teachers went there. My primary aim was to know well about food
technology and prospect in future.
Overall the general impression I got from this trip was a knowledgeable trip about food
technology faculty and their prospect. These faculty are involved of culinary and food
preparation which are packaging and preservation.
This trip had a weakness that should been improved in future. Time constraint is the most
difficult weakness to improve thus in future it should be more managed. Lastly, I hope that
this trip would continue in future.
